We are folks just like you — folks who wanted to pursue their culinary dreams and needed a vehicle to do it! We’re also not like you, because before the food truck dream we already owned a successful construction company with highly skilled craftsmen, a fully equipped shop, and the know-how to get things done. Still, we looked around, we got quotes from builders up North, the folks down in Florida, and even some of the California builders. But man! ARE THOSE GUYS EXPENSIVE! So, we began to build our own trucks. Now, we’re ready to help you!
